How do I recover books and documents saved and backed up in the book app after an IOS15.6 update removed them from my phone?

Turn syncing off and on again at Settings > Books > iCloud Drive.

I went to iCloud.com and found one of the documents. I always back up the books I down load in case this phone old dies.
