I can’t turn off do not disturb on iPhone 11

My do not disturb does not have an off toggle. How do I turn off? I’m missing calls.

Are you able to turn it off through the control center? I'm not sure, it may be linked to your wallpaper, and you can set specific wallpaper to have do not disturb, sleep, work, and personal. It may be only on IOS 16. If so, you can try to change the wallpaper force to something else. You can also try to restart your iPhone, which might fix it.
