help i cant reset my apple id password

I have tried everything I can do. Background of my situation; for the past 5 months I've been trying to reset my apple id password without any success, I have a different phone now and a new phone number and it won't let me add my new number as a trusted number plus I have a new email since my old one that was used on my apple id was hacked. I don't have a mac or a pc and this is how my situation is worse, I don't have iCloud access or iTunes at all, I've been on Reddit and nobody could help me now I'm on my last resort. Most of my apps have been uploaded to iCloud all of which I need on a daily basis now I don't have access I haven't been able to access the work I need to complete for school though I could do it on my laptop it's more of a hassle since it loses charge really fast [thats a me problem that I don't need help fixing]. Can anyone help me with this situation?

Enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.

Apple ID - Manage

If you have 2 Factor Authentication enabled, if you can't recover the password using the steps above, you will need to use Account Recovery. The Recovery Process is an automated process and the length of time it takes can vary a lot. Apple ID Support can only answer your questions. They can't intervene in or speed up the process. The article below has some suggestions to shorten the time the process takes.
