I cant download, because it showing "cannot connect to iTunes Store

It is not clear what exactly the problem is that you are experiencing.

If you have a connection problem or restrictions, check ⤵️

Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store

Prevent in-app purchases from the App Store – Apple Support (UK)


You need to have a good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%.


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

 

Or if you a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need to check also ⤵️

1.

If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you need to update your payment method or add a new one

  • If you want to change your card, add first the new card, then remove the old one.
  • or if you use your Apple ID balance, set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.


2.

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store, see -> 

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Scroll to:

  • How to complete your purchase if a payment failed or was declined
  • If you still can't make a purchase


3.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support (CA)

-> Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication

4.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.
