You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…

Thank you for the help, but i am finding it hard to download the iphone software on itunes and its a new phone but i missed the passcode somewhere while i was setting it up and i am yet to setup the Find my iphone settings, are there any other ways to restore my phone ??
