Why can I sign in to my Amazon account on my MacBook but not on my Ipad or Iphone with the same ID . Amazon support has sent some suggestions but nothing helps so far . Anyone ?

thanks but I can sign in to Amazon on my MacBook but not on my iPad . I've been on the phone with Amazon and Apple and no one knows why it's happening . weird .
Are you using a browser to access Amazon or their app? The app may be the answer but make sure that when you log in, you select Remember Me.
Doesn’t give me the remember me option and I have used both still won’t work
