how to disable two-factor authorization

See the following excerpt from Apple Support article Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support for information about turning off two-factor authentication:

If you're already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you can't turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrollment. If you do, your account is less secure and you can't use features that require a higher level of security.

Within two weeks of enabling, using the mail message received when it was turned on.

After two weeks, there is no means to disable.

If the Apple ID had two-factor enabled when the Apple ID was created, there is no means to disable it.
