I updated to iOS 16 but couldn’t connect to WiFi anywhere. Tried to return to a previous update but phone still can’t connect to any WiFi to get a privious backup to the iCloud downloaded

In Apple’s ecosystem, that is always the wrong approach.
Instead try these remedies.

I lost my ability to connect to WiFi after the iOS update. Tried to return to ios15 but can’t get phone to reset because it says no wifi
