Screen replacement, by Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Service Provider (AASP), will use Apple OEM parts. As such, screen calibration and sensitivity of the replacement screen should be exactly the same as the original.

If you instead risk a repair from a third-party repairer, replacement parts will not be sourced from Apple - and therefore substitute parts are unlikely to perform to the same specification as original components. You should note that Apple does not supply original parts outside of its network of AASPs. Third-party repairs will also void any remaining Apple warranties - and forfeit all future support by Apple.
