My MacBook Air keeps starting up after I've shut it down

My laptop keeps starting up after I've shut it down and closed it for the night and I don't know what I should do. It's an early 2014 running Big Sur v11.7.1 and can't be updated any longer. Its battery is fully charged but "capacity is significantly reduced". Sometimes it won't start up for me in the morning and I assume it has recently restarted itself but I don't know how to prevent this from happening. I'm concerned that one of these mornings it may not start up for me at all

Check in System Information applet in the Other Folder of Launchpad

Navigate to Hardware on left panel >> Power. One right will give details on the battery much like in below image

How many Full Battery Cycles appear

Batteries are considered Consumable Products.

Over time it will degrade to a point where it needs to be replaced.

The usage is normal as the capacity will go up and down all the time and never stay always at 100%. Apple Batteries are rated for 1000 Full Battery Cycles and / or 80% Capacity before needing Evaluation or replacement.
