Sorry, El Capitan 10.11.6 is the last possible OS upgrade for an early 2009 iMac.

For instance I can't run autoupdate 4.53.22111300. It tells me that Mac OS upgrade to 10.13 or later is required.

How can I upgrade to 10.13?? My IMac is functioning perfectly fine otherwise and it is a shame that owners of older models are punished by not being able to upgrade. With outlook I can't seem to establish new email accounts.
