I got locked out of my iphone and need a way to reset it without knowing the password to unlock the phone. I know my apple id and password for that but not the code to unlock my phone. Can anyone help me?

If you forgot your iPhone passcode you have to place your device in recovery mode and hook up to a computer to restore to factory settings OR erase all content and settings from settings if you don’t have a computer. Make sure you have a backup first, as the device will be erased and you start over like new. Either way, it has to be wiped if you no longer know the passcode.
