Stop Sign in with google popups

I just installed ios 16.0 on my iphone. I have no google apps at all on my iPhone or iPad, and I use google online only for YouTube. I probably still have a google account on my laptop, but no google apps. Now I only use my laptop for backup and storage. and it is not connected to the internet.

I try to avoid any kind of google references or links like the plague. But I am constantly getting the Sign in with google popup even when viewing a site I’ve never been to. How/why is this happening and how can I stop it?
