Apple Watch series 3 update
My watch is dead, it stopped on preparing while I update to 8.7.1 i changed the country, restart the phone and changed up to 7 devices with no luck, all of devices ios 15.6 or later

Hey Emad0881,
If you haven't already, power off both the iPhone and the Apple Watch. After both have powered off, turn them both back on.
If you continue experience the issue, check to see if the software update file downloaded. If so, follow the steps below to remove them:
1. Open the Apple Watch App
2. Go to General > Storage
3. Delete the Update
4. Place the Device on a charger and attempt the update again
If issue continues, test using a different Wi-Fi network.
