iPhone operation

I can't open my iPhone SE. start screen is so enlarged that I can maneuver the screen. I have tried to 'power off' by holding the button on the right. Screen goes dark (mostly) but doesn't give option to power off. Seems like there must be an easy fix, but I am stuck.

Looks like Zoom is ON?

If you need to enter your passcode, try this -> Tap with your three finger on the screen and move so that you can enter your passcode.

If you need to go to Settings, try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.

Then turn Off Zoom - > Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
