Why my phone blocked? Can you help for me

The phone is locked to whoever enabled Find My and Activation Lock on the phone. If this was you then you just need to enter your Apple ID and password. If you bought this phone used you will have to contact the previous owner, who is the only one who can remove Activation Lock, Apple’s theft deterrent feature.
