Notifications in IOS 16

How can I move notifications (lock screen) from the bottom of screen back up to the middle of the screen?

You not going to be able to move the orientation of the notifications. Furthermore, You can suggest this feature directly to Apple by leaving a product feedback here 👉Product Feedback - Apple

oh, that's not good! I'm using latest 16.1.1 and if you go to settings, then notifications - you can select 'display as' "count", "stack" or "list". It may be that you have "count" selected which will just give you the number of notifications. Otherwise it may be another notification setting in the actual app that you want a notification for that needs to be turned on.
