Hello! The reason I want to remove my store credit is because I moved to another country and I want to change the country of my Apple ID

You should contact the official Apple Support about that, only they have access to your personal data:

If you still can't change your country or region, or you have less store credit than the cost of a single item, contact Apple Support.
