sign out not available due to restrictions

Fantastic!!! Just did and there is a screen time lock and I have taken off

Can now sign out

However the old phone has my macbook and my new phone listed.

If I sign out with the macbook and new phone, will this delete information from them as well?

If it will, how do I proceed keeping the information on my macbook and new phone?
