How do I edit my devices list?

I've looked in iCloud Settings, but it's not appearing like I read in someone's post of this question. There appears to be no area where the list of my devices shows up.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.6

System Preferences > Apple ID which shows your devices list.
