What can I do to fix my Face ID it’s not letting me turn it on at all and says Face ID issue

Check out this support link→If Face ID is disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support. It is most likely a hardware problem, but if you have a case or screen protector that covers or partially covers the notch that can also interfere with Face ID.
