4013 error message when trying to restore ipad
How do I restore ipad 7 with boot loop? Every time I attempt it I get an 4013 error

None of the recommendations worked for me. Even went to the Genius Bar and they said it can’t be fixed but wouldn’t tell me what was wrong.
