There is no way to cancel a subscription

I want to cancel a subscription, but when I follow the directions, my only choice is to renew for one or two years. There is no way to cancel.

You've already cancelled automatic renewal. If you can't wait for it to expire, contact Apple Support as described in the Related Article above.
