If you have a backup that was made before the device was stolen, you can restore it to a new iPhone using these instructions:


Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support


If you don't recall creating a backup, you can see if you are able to locate a backup using these instructions:


Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
