Complete My Album Charges for Songs Already Purchased

When purchasing the rest of the songs from an Album, the reduced ‘complete my album’ cost for already purchased songs is correct. Nevertheless, when I click to purchase at the reduced cost, the cost increases to a ‘One-time charge’ for the complete album.

Apple please fix this!
