icloud upload Venture 13.0.1.

Since the update of Venture 13.0.1. iCloud has uploaded all my files. Now it takes a long time to download them and if they are in a folder then you have to download them all before you can get the folder to release them. Error -36 is the error when I try to copy the files to other locations, and external hard drives. I did not change anything concerning iCloud but the new update did something. I am afraid that the files will be lost. Is there a way to get all my files back safely and not one by one?

To help isolate the issue, let’s check if the issue persists when signed in on a different user account.

The article below can help if you do not have any other user account to test with.

If you are experiencing the issue when signed in on a different user account, please check if the issue persists while on safe mode.

Safe mode does a basic check of your startup disk, similar to using First Aid in Disk Utility.

Performing this step may help resolve the issue, or further isolate the issue.

Below is an article to help guide you through the process.

Take care!
