Hide keypad while on a call.
In iphone 14 pro, why can’t I hide the keypad while on a call? Hide does not appear in lower right corner

Upon testing this on our own iPhone, we do still see the 'Hide' option to hide the keypad during a call, so let's team up to rule out some possible causes:
- When did this start to first occur?
- Does this occur for every call you make in which you use the keypad?
- Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
- You mentioned having an iPhone 14 Pro, and the latest version for it would be iOS 16.2. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.
