Stuck at Options screen

I was trying to erase the disk and reinstall macOS again on my MacBook Air M1. After erasing, I had to restart and now I am stuck at the Options screen with the wheel constantly spinning.

I can run diagnostics and no issues are found.

Also strange that the options screen does not show the wifi icon, but diagnostics does.

Anyway, any ideas on how to "force" Options to actually load the options?
