Barring crud that can be cleaned off the lens, you’re likely headed for repair or replacement with a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone. An iPhone 7 cannot run the most current version of iOS, so a repair may not be the best investment. iPhone 8 and later are required for iOS 16.
