i would like to buy fcpx but i need bill for the company.

How can i get an invoice with company details?

Contact the Business Team at your local Apple retail store. They'll help set you up an actual business account. But for Apple ID, they're made same for business as individual. Schools on the other hand are different.

Whoever’s Apple ID that’s used for the purchase will get the receipt. If a company Apple ID is used, the email will be sent to that address.

It’s not a business account; it’s just an Apple ID for your company. If you need an Apple business account for a multi-seat license you will have to contact Apple Support.
