Android phones not receiving my messages after updating my iPhone to iOS 16.4

since I did the latest update. 16.2, my message's to android phone are not being received. Can anyone help please.

start here If you can't send or receive messages on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

contact your phone carrier if the link doesn't work SMS is their feature.
