Forgot Apple ID Password

So, the IPad listed is not the type I am using. I believe I am using an older version. I really like to dance so I tried to download the Just Dance Now app. When I downloaded the app. It said “Enter Apple ID password” or something like that. I didn’t know the password and when it asked if I wanted to change it, I pressed ok. When I pressed ok, the thing would be gone and nothing would happen. I can download previously downloaded and deleted apps and I can use and enter apps. The problem is I can’t download the apps I want. Please help me , thank you.

If you have forgotten your AppleID or associated Password, they can be recovered here:

https://iforgot.apple.com

To recover your credentials, you’ll need access to one of the following:

  • Your primary email address mailbox that corresponds with your AppleID
  • Any of the secondary/recovery email addresses that should be configured for your AppleID account
  • Any of the trusted telephone numbers (fixed line or Cellular/Mobile) that are associated with your AppleID

Unless you AppleID account has not been fully/correctly configured, or has been seriously neglected, recovery of the AppleID and password should not be difficult.
