Allow specific shortcuts to run when phone is locked

Hi, there are lot of questions on community that shortcuts won't run when phone is locked. I am facing similar problem where I have automatic shortcut running particular time of day and it won't run if phone is locked. I understand that this is security concern and allowing any other shortcut to run without phone unlocked can be risky. However, can iOS provide way to select which particular shortcut can be allowed to run even when phone is locked that can be helpful.

Having default setting- "not allow shortcuts running while phone is locked" and allowing user to select which shortcut to run when phone is locked will be helpful.
