iCloud is not syncing

My iCloud Drive has the status of "iCloud is not syncing". However, the folders indicate that everything is downloaded. My Mac Mini does not have this status. From the best that I can tell, all files and folders are correct. This status is confusing. Is there a way to force a sync or any ideas on how to clear this status?

Thanks for the response Bryan_K1.

I was able to solve this by logging out of iCloud on my MBA and logging back in. This cleared up whatever the issue was.

Prior to this though, iCloud was working totally fine. I was able to add/delete and it would sync on my other devices and the website. Bizarre.

Thanks for the response!
