New MacBook Pro 13.3" M2 asking for password

I used the Migration Assistant to move data and files from my old Mac to my new one. Now the new one is asking for a password when the Mac boots up. I've tried the computer password from my old Mac and my Apple ID password. Neither works. How can I find out my password or reset it?

If you have forgotten your Mac login passcode; after trying three attempts, you should find an option to reset your passcode with your Apple ID.

From there, you simply follow the prompts and your Mac should simply restart like normal.

NOTE: You may need to sign back into iCloud and other services after the successful login.
