Hey Casino2323,

You may be able to import those items similar to how photos are imported from external devices. Check out the "Import from a third-party mobile phone or device" section of Import photos from a camera or phone using Photos on Mac which will provide the below steps that may help:

  1. "Connect the phone to your computer.
  2. Drag the photos onto your computer’s internal disk.
  3. Do one of the following:

Note: If you participate in an iCloud Shared Photo Library, choose Your Library or Shared Library from the Add To pop-up menu.

    • Drag files or folders from the Finder to the Photos window.
    • Drag files or folders from the Finder to the Photos icon in the Dock.

  • In Photos, choose File > Import. Select the photos or folder that you want to import, then click Review for Import. If you selected multiple photos or videos, select the photos or video that you want to import, then click Import [number] Selected or Import All.

If that doesn't help, you may get more info from the official Sony page for that model of camera. It includes user guides and software downloads that could assist with this. More info for that can be found here: HDR-PJ230

Take care.
