I am attempting to pair and setup an Apple Watch 7 to an iPhone 11. The watch pairs, but when I continue with setup I get to a screen that says “connecting to your watch. This may take a few minutes.” Then, a dialog box pops up and disappears too quickly to be read. Next I get a screen saying the watch is being unpaired.
Anyone know what is happening/how to fix this?

You may need to reset your Apple Watch when it is in pairing mode if you can't pair or set up your watch:
If you can't pair an Apple Watch with your iPhone
