On iOS 16, go to settings>iCloud> and see if there is another device that you do not recognize that could be making charges on your account. If so click on the device, remove it and change your Apple ID password. If there is not a device go to the App Store and click on your profile then click on subscriptions and see if there is one that you may have forgotten about.
