On iOS 16, and iPadOS 16, from Settings > Wi-Fi > {Wi-Fi network name} ℹ️ in settings. Tap on the password field.
On macOS, from Keychain, using the Keychain Access app.
On iOS 15 and earlier, and iPadOS 15 and earlier, you can AirDrop the password to another Apple device, but there is means to view the password.
You can reset the password on the Wi-Fi router, though how to do that varies by Wi-Fi router vendor and model.
