Ask to purchase notifications

I am set up as the family organizer and my son’s iPad account is set up to require permissions to download apps. When I test to download an app, I see the pop up screen to request permission however, as a parent I am not sure where these requests/notifications are going. I do not see them in my iCloud email, nor am I receiving any pop up notifications on my iPhone.

Where should I look in order to approve these requests?
