Balance adjustment

My Apple wallet has a balance adjustment that I don’t understand why ? I had $111 on my Apple Pay and next day it said negative $238 ?in total it was like $350… but know I owe $238? Why how do I fix this ? Yes my bank refunded me $350 that was took from my Wells Fargo card & I don’t u ser stand why Apple took my money and know I’m negative on my account. Someone tell me how to fix this please
