The camera shutter sound is not muting even after lowering the sound and turning on silent toggle. I tried everything from youtube etc. But it still make shutter sound. Currently on ios 16.1.2

Devices in Japan and South Korea can not silence the shutter sound. It is illegal to do so in those countries.
