Hi, Leprechaun370.... sadly, I think the answer is "No"... I don't know what year /model of refurb mac mini you're talking about, but the only thing that might work is networking the two together via Ethernet or USB.... if you're talking about "pairing" (as in, Bluetooth) then definitely not..
