White Grid Icon

I have tried re-downloading an app and it has ‘Open’ next to it on the Appstore.

However, I can’t open the app and it is showing up as a white grid icon on my App Library and Home Screen.

I have tried:

.Resetting my Iphone

.Deleting it completely

I know the answer to this would be to back up my Iphone but I don’t have enough storage to, I have tried clearing some but now i only have 3 downloaded apps on my phone and the rest I can’t delete. I have tried pretty much everything to clear storage but nothing is working.

What do I do?

This could be that the app that you're trying to install is deleted from the App Store by the developer
