ChrisJ4203 User level:Level 10 229,692 points Go into Settings>Passwords & Accounts, select your Comcast account. Delete the account, power cycle the iPhone off/on. Then go back to Settings and add the account back again. Do the same steps on both Thank you Chris J4203. My Email was quit working on my iphone 7 and ipad 2. When i followed your instructions on my iphone my email started workin again on it and my ipad. Thanks Thanks Thanks. I had tried about 100 other ways wiyhout success!

Restart the device. That's it. If issue is not resolved... Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

Which email account are you referring to? Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Delete and add the account again, it just take less than a minute.

Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts.
Tap Add Account, then select your email provider.
Enter your email address and password.
Tap Next and wait for Mail to verify your account.
Choose information from your email account, like Contacts or Calendars.
Tap Save.
