I recently bought an iPhone 7 which was a used one. The previous owner wasn't using it. During trying to unlock it she accidentally disabled it. I had to restore it using Itunes. After restoration, I was asked to enter the initial apple ID and password she had used. She had forgotten since she wasn't using the phone anymore. I am stuck at the activation lock and I want to use it. Who can help?

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
