Can’t delete bookmark from Homescreen

hello , good day

I have encountered an issue while deleting my Home screen bookmark, after I delete it go away from home screen but still show up in search bar and on top of it the icon keep showing after the restart immediately.

Multiple attempts shows same result

Note: the bookmark not saved on my safari bookmark list

someone else had asked similar question back in 2020 that showed up in search results and solution give was to reset Home Screen layout from settings which didn’t work either… plz let me know wat can I do
