iOS 14 isn't available anymore.
- If you have an iPhone SE (1st generation), iPhone 6s, or iPhone 7, upgrade to iOS 15: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
- If you have an iPhone 8 or later, upgrade to iOS 16: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support.
- If you have an iPhone 6 or earlier, you cannot upgrade.
