No, there's no reason to. Your device will stop charging on its own when it reaches 100%.

I do that, but I only use the charger when I want to charge my MacBook to use it at meetings that are not at my home, at home I use an iMac.
You can also leave the charger plugged in and this will not damage your battery for as far as I know
