Hallo, I'm using a family subscription for apple Musik, but when I try to download or listen to music, it says "could not connect", how can I solve this problem?

Restarting your iPhone might help. If not, see: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store or other Apple services – Apple Support (AU)
